We are deeply passionate about Character/player development in life and the game of basketball, through a comprehensive system of play that our scholar athletes can execute efficiently. This approach will allow players to experience the consistent results of competing and winning Championships on and off the court.
Our track record speaks for itself, having coached/developed some of the best players to play in the country over the last 10 years. We pride ourselves on teaching the game through sound right fundamentals, and elite skill work, and basketball I.Q. tactics.
Director/Coach John Pettaway, USA Basketball Certified Head Coach at Brooklyn Lab High School Over 20 years of experience coaching/teaching 5th-12th grade. Coach Pettaway has founded several basketball programs throughout his tenure as an athletic director and Basketball coach. Coach Pettaway Founded North Star Academy High School (N.J.), Newark Collegiate High School(N.J.), Achievement First Endeavor Middle School (N.Y.) and Brooklyn Laboratory School athletic programs.
Co-Director/Coach Trevon Hamlet, Head Coach at Achievement First Brooklyn High; All City Selection at Bishop Laughlin (N.Y.) High School. Named All Brooklyn and honored by the Daily News. Selected as team while MVP while helping his team win the Brooklyn Queens Title. Attended South Connecticut State, 2011-12 Sporting News Preseason Honorable mention All American, 2010-11 All-ECAC Selection, 2011-12 and 2010-11 All Northeast Conference Selection and 2012-13 All Northeast Conference Selecton.
